DR. NATE ARCHER - SENIOR PASTOR
Pastor Nate Archer was called to FBC in 2014. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, and received his Ph.D. from Calvin Theological Seminary. He also serves at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary as Adjunct Professor of Systematic and Historical Theology. Nate enjoys hiking at national parks and complaining about how Disney wrecked Star Wars. Nate and Hope have been married since 1998 and together they have four children, Eric, Zoe, Luke, and Joel. Hope is also a graduate of Moody Bible Institute as well as Grand Valley State University. Nate and Hope share the passion of helping the church glorify God through evangelism and discipleship.

NICK BOONSTRA - ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF YOUTH & DISCIPLESHIP
Pastor Nick Boonstra received his degree in youth ministry from Baptist Bible College in 2011 and is currently working on a master's degree at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. He is a TKHS graduate and did an internship here at First Baptist Church in 2011 and 2012. He served as a youth pastor at a church in Pennsylvania for three years before being called back to FBC in 2015. Nick and his wife Ashley have 3 children, Micah, Maliah and Noah. It is Nick’s passion to guide and equip teens to have a greater knowledge and love for God that spills over to those around them for the glory of Christ.

Adam Bradt - Worship Director
Adam has been involved in leading worship for youth group, camp services, and churches since he was in high school, and in May 2018 he was called to FBC to serve as the Worship Director. He is a recent graduate of Grace Christian University and received his degree in music in April 2019. Adam and his wife Jessica love to serve together, which they often get to do through music ministry and theater. Adam's desire is to lead the church in worship that will glorify Christ and transform His people.

Zach Spiller - Ministry Resident
Zach received his bachelor’s degree in History from Grand Valley State University in 2017 and is currently pursuing a master’s in Christian Studies at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. Zach and his wife, Christine, were called to FBC in June of 2020 and became members in November. He has been working in the youth program with the middle school students. Zach has a passion to help students understand what they believe, why it matters, and how it glorifies Christ.

nina wiersma - office manager
Nina has attended FBC since 2003. She is a graduate of TKHS. Nina loves to serve at the church in many ways, behind the scenes. She enjoys playing softball, volleyball and basketball, being creative making crafts, organizing and spending time with her husband and two children.

Rebecca Quist - Office Assistant
Rebecca has been attending FBC since February of 2015 and a member since August 2018. She had the honor and privilege of joining the FBC staff in October of 2020. She and her husband, Dan, have one son, Jacob. Rebecca has a passion for serving the Lord in anyway she is able. She loves baking, fellowshipping with her family and friends, doting on others, and creating spreadsheets.

kim boonstra - custodian
Kim is a longtime member of FBC and is also active in co-leading FBC’s women’s ministries along with Hope Archer. She and her husband, Mart, have four adult sons and three grandchildren. Her biggest passion is discipling women and seeing them grow into the women God calls them to be.
